Yesterday Once More

When I was young I’d listened to the radio,

Waitin’ for my favorite songs,

When they played I’d sing along,  it made me smile...

Those were such happy times, and not so long ago

How I wondered where they’d gone,

But they’re back again, just like a long lost friend

All the songs I loved so well!

Every sha-la-la-la, every wo-wo-wo still shines...

Every shing-a-ling-a-ling that they’re starting to sing's so fine!

When they get to the part where he’s breakin’ her heart

It can really make me cry - just like before...

It’s yesterday once more.

Lookin’ back on how it was in years gone by

And the good times that I had, makes today seem rather sad.

So much has changed...

It was songs of love that I would sing to, then

And I’d memorize each word

Those old melodies still sound so good to me as they melt the years away...

Every sha-la-la-la, every wo-wo-wo still shines...

All my best memories come back clearly to me.

Stealing

I have been stealing borrowing songs from friends/family that happen to listen to that song or share it while I'm arround. They end up hating it, most of the times, because I listen to it and sing it/hum it all the time after that...

They're mostly simple songs that somehow call my attention because this small detail or that small sound. One second can make one three minute song perfect! This song, Dragón Rojo, I got from my brother. The guitar piece is so good and melancholic! It brings back memories. ^^

This song I got from a friend who probably doesn't even know I got it from him. He doesn't even check my blog, so I doubt he'll ever know that I so enjoyed this version of Bridge Over Troubled Waters. Oh, I reeeeally like men choirs.

This is a somewhat random post, but I hope you enjoy the songs as much as I do!
