Final Race

This is actually how I looked yesterday night,
and how my desk is looking like right now. :P
Yes, I'm into the final race. Meaning I start my finals on Monday.

I'll be done with school on Friday the 3rd!

As of now, I'm studying hard, enjoying the weather, staying happy, munching on dried nuts and cold drinks, and man, ain't I thankful for a joyful attitude towards non-stop studying! [smile]

Just one week, and I'll start summer vacations. Yay! I hope my final exams go well, so I'd appreciate if you could pray about them. I have had an amazing time in school, but I'm ready for some free time to do my own projects. I have so many things planned for this summer! I'm very excited about it.

Have a nice weekend!

Cantique de Jean Racine

This is a beautiful piece a friend shared. Personally, I think the harp's sound is very gentle but at the same time it can be heard very well. Beautiful. Plus, the voices blend perfectly. Hope you enjoy it!

Dancing Fountains

While my very-new boyfriend spent some days here in Spain last week, I took him to see a very famous spot in Barcelona: the Montjuïc fountains. I was able to take a couple of videos. I hope you enjoy them, even though there isn't any sound in them

It is a very beautiful place, and worth seeing them. They dance to the sound of different kinds of music, from classics to OSTs to love songs. I wish you could hear the sound in the vids! Sorry about that.

A Thought

"One day the angels came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came with them. The LORD said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the LORD, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”
Job 1:6-7

"For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down."
Revelation 12:10

Are we ready for this challenge?

Evening (In words of one syllable)

The day is past, the sun is set,
And the white stars are in the sky;
While the long grass with dew is wet,
And through the air the bats now fly.

The lambs have now lain down to sleep,
The birds have long since sought their nests;
The air is still, and dark, and deep
On the hill side the old wood rests.

Yet of the dark I have no fear,
But feel as safe as when 'tis light;
For I know God is with me there,
And He will guard me through the night.

For God is by me when I pray,
And when I close mine eyes in sleep,
I know that He will with me stay,
And will all night watch by me keep.

For He who rules the stars and sea,
Who makes the grass and trees to grow,
Will look on a poor child like me,
When on my knees I to Him bow.

He holds all things in His right hand,
The rich, the poor, the great, the small;
When we sleep, or sit, or stand,
Is with us, for He loves us all.

Thomas Miller

When I have a child of my own I will recite this poem to him when I tuck him to bed. :-)
