Well, yes. It's a disgraceful winter. I dressed in a short-sleeve T-shirt, and a moment ago I went outside, and looked at the temperature. It was 22 degrees Celsius!! (That’s 71,6 degrees Fahrenheit!!)
So, meanwhile it's absolutely freezing at Oklahoma (where a friend of mine lives), it's absolutely awful here! As much as I like cold!! =(
